Thanks to STROOHM's innovative approach, the total charging cost for an employer will drop sharply because dynamic hourly rates are much cheaper than the average CREG rate from the past. You can buy electricty at the wholesale price! When there is a lot of wind or sun, the electricity cost is many times cheaper, free or we are even paid for charging!

100% FISCALLY CORRECT

An electricity contract is concluded by the employer. There are then no longer any refunds to an employee as the employer pays directly for the electricity for the company car. This means that the employer is 100% in line with the legislative framework. After all, you go from a refund to a provision.

100% GREEN ELECTRICITY

For sustainability ambitions and ESG reporting, every kWh charged at home can be reported as 100% green energy.

REIMBURSEMENT CREG

STROOHM also provides the classic home reimbursement at CREG tariff for home charging. Both solutions can be used within your fleet depending on the technical possibilities or internal policy.

FLEET PLATFORM

Every Fleet manager receives from STROOHM full insights in all requests, offers sent & confirmed, projects planning date, certification and invoicing. This saves time for both of us. But also access is given to the Charge Point Management system to see the status of all chargers at employee's home or office and charging cards.

DYNAMIC TARIFFS

A charger at home can be connected to a second digital meter allowing a direct supply contract with dynamic tariffs. This supports the energy transition as your fleet will charge during the off-peak hours with high renewable energy production. The  potential cost savings will reimburse the full cost of the charger.

HOME REIMBURSEMENT

Charging at home can be reimbursed under the fiscal regime working with this flat rate CREG tariff. We provide Monthly reimbursements towards employees based on the certified metering in the charging devices. Guest consumption with other charging cards can be separated.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

STROOHM has in house technical support team that solves problems remotely or via service technicians on site. We have good collaboration with our hardware partners to find a solution in case of a breakdown. With our FAQ, most of the issues can be solved immediatly by the employees.

WARRANTY HANDLING

At STROOHM, we take care of all warranty issues for our clients, in collaboration with various infrastructure manufacturers. We ensure that all transports and related administrative tasks are handled accurately and on time. For this service, we pass on all applied warranty conditions & tariffs from the manufacturers to our clients, with a limited administrative surcharge of min €50, capped at a maximum of €250.
