Access is given to the Charge Point Management system to see the status of all chargers at the office and charging cards.

We work with a number of partners who can manage reservations at charging stations through an integration with our charging station management system. This way it can be ensured that certain charging stations remain available. 

STROOHM has in house technical support team that solves problems remotely or via service technicians on site. We have good collaboration with our hardware partners to find a solution in case of a breakdown. With our FAQ, most of the issues can be solved immediatly by the employees.

We can design the chargers accordingly to your branding guidelines. Visitors will immediately recognise your company when they enjoy the comfort of charging.

At STROOHM, we take care of all warranty issues for our clients, in collaboration with various infrastructure manufacturers. We ensure that all transports and related administrative tasks are handled accurately and on time. For this service, we pass on all applied warranty conditions & tariffs from the manufacturers to our clients, with a limited administrative surcharge of min €50, capped at a maximum of €250.

If wanted, visitors can pay via QR code or via robust payment terminal. This terminal can activate multiple chargers from 1 location.
