Stroohm always tries to offer all its customers the latest developments. That is why we are now introducing, thanks to a new “over-the-air” firmware update on all our Zenchargers, a series of innovative features designed to improve the functionality and user experience of our charging stations and back office systems.

1)    Current limitation

Users can now adjust the charging current in the web interface using a slider. This gives the user control over his capacity rate and allows him to set it himself. The slider ranges from a minimum setting of 6A to the installation current limit that was determined during commissioning. This slider can be found on the ‘Smart Charging’ tab of the web interface.

2)    Solar Charging

The solar charging function offers three different modes: Fast Solar, Smart Solar and Pure Solar, each for different charging needs:

– Fast Solar: All generated power is used, together with power from the grid to offer the maximum charging speed.

– Smart Solar: The generated power is used together with power from the grid, in a smart mix

– Pure Solar: Charging starts in this mode when there is at least 6A backflow to the grid. The aim is to use only solar power for charging vehicles.

Choosing the right charging strategy is essential to ensure that vehicles are charged properly and to avoid the risk of undercharging under unfavorable conditions.

1) Stroombegrenzing

Les utilisateurs peuvent maintenant accéder à la salle des pas perdus dans l’interface web à l’aide d’une barre d’outils.
L’utilisateur dispose d’une grande marge de manœuvre et peut la régler lui-même.
La barre d’alimentation va d’une puissance minimale de 6A jusqu’à la limite de la pièce d’installation qui est définie par le nom de l’appareil.

2) Opladen met zonne-energie

La fonction d’alimentation en énergie zonale se décline en trois catégories différentes : Snelle zonne-energie, Slimme zonne-energie et Zuivere zonne-energie, tous pour des applications différentes :

  • Energie solaire : Il est fait appel à toutes les sources d’énergie disponibles, ainsi qu’aux sources d’énergie nettes, pour obtenir un niveau de charge maximal.
  • Énergie zonale mince : Le champ d’épuration des eaux usées est utilisé avec le champ d’épuration des eaux usées, dans un mélange mince.
  • Zuivere zonne-energie : Het opladen begint in deze stand wanneer er minstens 6A terugstroomt naar het elektriciteitsnet.
    L’objectif est d’utiliser une alimentation électrique sans fil pour le chargement des appareils.

Il est essentiel de mettre en place une bonne stratégie en matière de contrats afin de s’assurer que les clients sont bien gérés et que le risque d’un recours injustifié à des moyens importants est écarté.
