Unable to Charge with Renault Zoé

Scenario
Charging won’t start. The LED remains green.

  • Possible Cause
    The installation lacks a neutral.

    • Solution
      The Renault Zoé can only charge on a network with a neutral conductor. Contact your installer to install an isolation transformer.
  • Possible Cause
    The current is not high enough to initiate charging.

    • Solution
      The Renault Zoé requires a specific high current to initiate charging. Contact your installer to increase the EVSE to 32A to enable charging.

Important: Do not exceed the maximum current capacity of the electrical system.
