My Stroohm charging pass does not work on a Stroohm charging post. What could be the cause?

  1. Technical fault: The charging station may have a technical fault. Check if other charging passes do work on the same charging station.
  2. Non-activated charge card: Make sure your charge card is correctly activated with your charge card provider.
  3. Communication problems: Sometimes there may be a problem with communication between the charging pass and the charging station. Try scanning the pass again or use an app to start the charging session.
