My NRGkick cable is now working and the charge events are visible in the LMS, but I can't see the previous charge events. What could be the cause of this?

  1. Synchronization issues: Sometimes it can take a while for all data to sync between the NRGkick and the LMS. Try restarting the app or system.
  2. Data storage: The NRGkick can store a limited number of charge events offline. Once this limit is reached, older charge events may no longer be displayed.
  3. Software Updates: Make sure you are using the latest software version of the NRGkick and the LMS. Sometimes updates can solve data display problems.
