- Check the car’s settings: Some cars have settings that can affect charging. Check that there are no restrictions set in your car’s charging menu.
- Check the power supply: See if the charging station is receiving power. Sometimes a fuse may have blown or there may be a problem with the power supply to the charging station.
- Reset the charging station: Turn off the main switch in your meter box for 20 seconds and then turn it back on. This can help fix any temporary malfunctions.
- Restart the charging session: Try restarting the charging session by unplugging and plugging it back in. Sometimes it helps to restart the car and the charging station.
