I am not getting a refund on my loading sessions.

  • The first time a refund is due, it may take 8 weeks. Afterwards, every 15th of the month, the reimbursement follows.
  • Possibly your account number has not been entered correctly on our back office platform. Please check this in your account and if not correct, contact stroohm to correct it.
  • Is your charging point / charging cable online in your acocunt? If it is not online, charging sessions are not transmitted. You can try to restart the charge point by switching off the fuse for 20 seconds and switching it on again. If the charge point/cable comes online afterwards, the sessions will be transmitted automatically. If your charge point / cable remains offline, please contact Stroohm at https://support.stroohm.be
  • Review your charging sessions in your account. Are they recorded there? If not, contact Stroohm at https://support.stroohm.be/
