How to apply for installation of a charge point

You start by submitting an application via our platform. The link and a unique code, linked to your company, can be obtained through your fleet manager.

Then we ask for some technical data and photos of, for example, your fuse box, meter and the desired location of the charge point. Clear instructions are provided with each photo. If you do not know certain technical details, you can leave these fields blank or fill in something provisionally. Please indicate this in the extra info section.

Before we make an offer, we will contact you by phone. We will discuss any missing data, our working method and the route we will take to install the charge point. We also review the possible charging speeds based on your current connection, and whether a modification is necessary (which is rare).

Within 10 business days of your request, we will try to contact you by phone. If you cannot be reached, we will leave a voicemail and send you an e-mail. Don’t forget to check your spam folder.
