How does the inspection proceed?

Our installation is always inspected by an outside firm. After the installation you will be contacted by them with a proposal for the inspection date. For safety reasons, you can only start loading after a positive inspection.

As soon as we receive the inspection report, we will activate your charge point and link your charge card. Has your car already been delivered? If so, please email your quote manager directly to speed up this process.

The inspection relates only to the charge point we install and not to your existing electrical system. However, if basic safety defects are found, it can lead to a rejection.

Therefore, make sure your current installation complies with the AREI (General Regulations on Electrical Installations) to avoid this. The inspection procedure usually takes 1 to 2 weeks after installation, although unfortunately we have no influence on the scheduling of this.
