Eline comes from Niel, just around the corner.

Before she started working at Stroohm, she worked in cybersecurity where she discovered her love for customer service. When she started looking for a new challenge, the application with us immediately felt good. “The atmosphere is super important to me, and I immediately felt welcome here. Lots of jokes and being involved from the start – that’s what I was looking for,” Eline says enthusiastically.

The best thing so far at Stroohm? “The dangerous tour”. 😄 and “Being able to help customers with limited knowledge and learning a lot every day – I think that’s great. I like to work independently, so I’m happy with everything I’ve been able to learn here in a short time! Outside of work, Eline is often out and about with her friends, to the wellness center, the city or a café. “I also like to go out for dinner with my boyfriend. I love doing a lot together,” she shares. If you were to meet Eline at a café… you wouldn’t please them with a glass of wine, but rather with a fresh ice tea or hot tea. Eline has a clear goal: “That the team functions well and that I have contributed to the growth of Stroohm.”

What does Eline want to tell you? That you should treat people the way you want to be treated. “People can sometimes be derogatory, but we are all human.” And to all starters, “Look at your interests, do what you like.” After a busy day at work, Eline likes to relax with a nice shower, a spot on the couch, an ice cream (Ben & Jerry’s Cookie Dough, of course) and a good series. Respect, humor, understanding each other and being heard are the values ​​that Eline finds most important in a work environment. And that is what we at Stroohm like to hear 😉
